Chief Growth Officer

NoiseAware Co-Founder Andrew Schulz began his career at IBM at the tender age of 17. Graduating with honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Schulz used his electrical engineering degree to gain further experience building radar systems for the government. In 2015 he partnered with David Krauss, an Airbnb host who had lost his property when an unauthorized party he didn't know about turned into a "mini Coachella" and resulted in insurmountable damage, complaints and fines, to launch NoiseAware. Now the #1 privacy-safe noise and occupancy solution for vacation rentals, NoiseAware is on a mission to partner with property managers and hosts, eliminating common and costly problems, so they can focus on guest experience. As Chief Growth Officer, Andrew focuses on advocacy and partnerships, in support of fair and sensible legislation, and accountable, professionalized renting.
