Co-Founder and CEO at Nectar

Brittany Mosely is the co-founder and COO of Nectar, the first-ever cash flow marketplace for real estate entrepreneurs. Brittany has more than 6 years of real estate experience as an Airbnb Superhost who has owned and operated more than 20 units across the U.S., an asset manager for a 100+ unit coliving portfolio, and a rental arbitrager. Now, through Nectar, Brittany is creating a new avenue for other short-term rental owners and operators to access the capital they need to scale, without giving up equity.

Before transitioning to a full-time career in real estate, Brittany attended Harvard University and then ran the $120 million Hollister Girls Layering & Polos divisions for Abercrombie & Fitch as a senior merchant. She and her Nectar co-founder, Derrick Barker, are members of ScaleUp ATL and graduates of the TechStars Atlanta accelerator.
