Craig Stevens is a Certified Public Accountant with 25 years of experience as a senior executive in the financial services industry. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, a financial coach, and a published author. Craig has also been featured in a Ted Talk for his creation of the “Wealth Factor” which offers individuals the opportunity to openly discuss their financial position on a level platform.

Utilizing his financial and management experience, Craig started acquiring multi-family apartment buildings in 2014 has now grown to 9 complexes worth +$6M. He also developed a property management company, to manage several of his personal properties. He leveraged this experience to found Shore Term Rentals, a short-term rental listing and property management company, focused on the New Jersey Shore. Shore Term Rentals has been in business for a little over a year, and have already booked 300+ guest stays and accumulated over $100,000 in owners’ rent revenue.

Craig is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, holds a NJ Real Estate Salesperson license, obtained a dual MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School, and is an Eagle Scout.
