After joining in the expansive growth and development of the short term rental industry in 2014, Gerard has held leadership roles at rapidly scaling STR companies in Sales & Business Development, M&A and Strategic Partnerships. He places people & Culture at the center of every venture. As an entrepreneur in the travel and hospitality world, he invests in companies that encourage adventure in whatever form it takes. Gerard’s deep experience is as an English Literature Professor where learned the power of the story in business and in life. He is based in Portland, Oregon, with family and friends world wide.
