Executive Director VRMA

Kimberly Miles, CAE, CMP, is currently the Executive Director of the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), serving in this role since July of 2021. Kimberly brings a strong industry background to VRMA. Previously she spent the majority of her career with the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) serving in various capacities, most recently their senior vice president of operations. Her career began in hospitality with Westin Hotels & Resorts, and before joining AHLA, worked for two nonprofit associations in the Washington, D.C. area. She received her degree in public relations and communications from Virginia Tech and currently sits on their advisory board for their Hospitality Program. She is dedicated to giving back, and holds various board and committee positions throughout the industry.
