Nate Klatt is a CPA who has worked in multiple sectors including public accounting, private accounting and most recently sales for an accounting software startup prior to transitioning full time to his own venture, HomeHop, in April of 2024. His partner, Dan Mitchen, is a licensed real estate agent who specializes in operations and has oversaw the growth of their short term rental business. Over the last 2 years they have purchased 9 short term rentals, raised a $2m short term rental fund and launched a property management company with 40 units and growing based in Northeast Ohio.
